Students seeking a Special Class place for the School Year 2027-2028
Parents and Guardians seeking placement for their child in a new special class or special school for school year 2027/2028, should continue to notify NCSE.
The NCSE is now processing submissions completed by September 1st 2026, and is continuing to accept forms completed after this date.
If you do not have the required documentation yet, please submit the form anyway.
Supporting documentation can be provided until the 15th of September, or as soon as possible after that date. Your local SENO will contact you directly if you have completed the form without the required documentation attached.
Students who may be seeking special class are required to apply to the NCSE before September 1st 2026. No student may be offered a place in a special class/school setting without the NCSE eligibility letter.
